Art Tour in Roppongi Hills

Recently, i went to Roppongi hills. This place is very famous for  top businessmen are working. If you walk here wearing a business suit, you'll look like an able man.

Here i encountered some monsters like these.

This big colorful flower may be a movie character from "MEMEMENOKURAGE", directed by Takashi Murakami. He is a contemporary Japanese artist. I saw the monster at Roppongi  Hills A/D Gallery. And then, the big black spider "Maman" is also an art work of Louise Bourgeois.

We can see these monsters for free.

My purpose for visiting this place was to enjoy the exhibition of mucha at Mori Arts Center Gallery. I paid 1,500 yen admission. The most impressive painting was this "Dream thought".

Most of this picture is drawn with curved lines. The explanation of this picture told me "People are relaxed when they see a curve rather than a straight line". So, i believe that smiling with a curving lip line makes people feel more comfortable than having an expressionless face.
